Exceptional Customer Service

I reached out to the company after I hadn't received an order. Originally, there was an oversight on my part. I overlooked an email they had sent stating one of the items I ordered was no longer in stock. Their response to my email was immediate and the issue resolved promptly. The other items were shipped out that day and the money refunded for the item that was out of stock. FedEx had already been by so Jenn took or had someone take my package to the post office to ensure it arrives in time for my son's party. I was super impressed with the customer service and prompt response. I will definitely order from them again!

Very pleased and quite surprised

I was unaware that such exceptional customer service still existed. I never heard of "Hard to Find Party Supplies". Very happy I took the chance and placed an order. I had no trouble making a change by phone, Jenn was extremely helpful and I plan to tell everyone what a great experience it was to order my grandson's first birthday party supplies from them. Refused my return

I returned unopened, paper goods but was told they would not accept them because they smelled of smoke. My husband smokes cigars, not cigarettes.

I was hesitant to order from this site because I've never heard of it before. Even though the price for shipping is a little high I got my items deliver in 3 days!. I will keep them in mind for my next events. Happy customer.
